Hourly Consulting and Recruiting

8 Bridges provides hourly consulting and recruiting services to support your hiring needs. As an extension of your HR team, you can count on our advocacy and confidentiality. Hourly consulting and recruiting fees are billed at a negotiated hourly rate, plus expenses such as job board postings, background checks and travel, and are always approved in advance by the client.

Retained Recruiting:

Retained recruiting is a great choice for positions that are harder to fill, especially for C-level and Director level positions. These roles can be more complicated and lengthier to fill. These searches are conducted on an exclusive basis at 25% of the gross annual salary with a 90-day replacement guarantee. They are billed 1/3 upon search commencement, 1/3 after 60 days and the remaining 1/3 due upon search completion. All 8 Bridges invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
